Medical building gets 1st tenant
NEW WINDSOR -- Family Practice of New Windsor is the first medical practice tenant to move in to the Medical Center on Route 207, a 50,000-square-foot building recently opened by First Columbia as part of its New York International Plaza development.
The six-year-old primary-care physicians' group is managed by the Mid-Hudson Family Health Institute and occupies 7,500 square feet in the center.
Other groups that will be tenants include Westchester Medical Center, which plans to have several specialists there on a rotating basis; an outpatient imaging center from St. Luke's Hospital; Cardiology Consultants of Westchester; Children's Physicians of Westchester; and administrative offices for HMO Healthsource/Hudson Health Plan.
The center is the third building in First Columbia's plaza. Over the next 15 years, the company plans to build two million square feet of Class A commercial facilities, including a World Trade Center on the site.
